PFNonwovens Czech s.r.o. company offers a wide range of non-woven fabric types (Pegatex® S, SMS, BICO, MICRO), which are used widely in the hygienic applications. These products are developed specifically according to the customer’s requirements in order to meet all the requirements of the customers who use it for the production of the following:

  • single-use baby nappies
  • nappies and towels for people suffering from incontinency

For the products of hygienic applications, PFNonwovens Czech s.r.o. company developed Pegatex® BICO non-woven fabric, which brings new quality for final products. Pegatex® BICO gives new quality and comfort to hygienic products. It is significantly softer, has very pleasant feel and with the same surface density it is more bulky and airy.

Input raw material: 50-70% polypropylen; 30-50% polyetjylen
Surface density: 12 - 90 g/m2

Treatment: hydrophilic

Input raw material: meltblown (M): 100% polypropylen
spunbond (S): 50-70% polypropylen a 30-50% polyethylen
